• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Credit/Debit Cards.
• For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery. Failure to pay will result in order cancellation.
• All online payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship nationwide across Pakistan via trusted courier partners (Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, etc.).
• Delivery time: 2–5 business days (major cities), 4–8 business days (remote areas).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and order weight.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.
• Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only.

• Product must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Footwear and apparel must not show signs of use.
• Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed kits, engraved bats) are non-returnable.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Warranty

• All products come with manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
• Warranty claims must be supported with original purchase receipt.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
